Cautions for Wiring of High and Low Voltage Switch
1. Insulators should be free of cracks.
2. Inspection fasteners should be free from loosening or falling off.
3. Each terminal connection shall not exceed two.
7. According to the secondary wiring diagram, the wiring is correct.
8. The wiring should be neat, beautiful, and the conductor insulation should be good and non-destructive.
9. The bending radius (inner diameter) of the conductor should be more than twice the diameter of the conductor.
10. When the unfixed length of the suspension harness exceeds 300 mm, the conductor should be fixed.
11. Check the electrical connection should be firmly connected, good contact, no loosening.
12. The wire harness shall not be laid close to the metal plate, and protective measures shall be taken when the wire harness passes through the hole of the steel plate.
13. Strip the insulating layer of the conductor with stripping pliers. The core of the conductor should not be damaged if the pliers match the diameter properly.
14. The distance between wire harness and live bus, electrical outlet or live bare wire is greater than that specified in Table 1.
15. Each terminal shall be connected with only one wire and not more than two wires (only if the terminal or terminal post is specially designed to connect two wires is allowed to connect two wires).
16. When using wiring harness, the fixed wiring harness should be arranged horizontally and vertically, and should be bundled and fixed. The bundling spacing should not be greater than 100 mm, the horizontal bundle fixed spacing should not be greater than 300 mm, and the vertical bundle fixed spacing should not be greater than 400 mm.
17. When wire harness passes through metal holes or through doors or corners, tape should be wrapped around the part through which wire harness passes. The tape should be wrapped in two to three layers at the crossing of the door. The length is about 60 mm. The other positions depend on the situation. It should be guaranteed that the tape on both sides of the hole has a margin of more than 20 mm each.
